time proven method of mortise and tenon fits more
accurately and faster than ever before. Electronic
gluing produces panels of ultimate strength and
durability, complemented by hand sanding of edges and
surfaces to provide a well finished product. This
successful combination provides our customers with

WARRANTY
This is to certify the warranty on the furniture
purchased from The Georgia Chair Company shall be
honored for a period of one (1) year from defect and
inconsistencies resulting from manufacturing processes.
Misuse or extreme circumstances brought about by
the owners that result in breakage or damages shall not
be covered.
FINISH AND
COLOR
Due to the variation in the color and grain
characteristics of the same species of wood, the color
tone of each piece of furniture may differ from the
sample shown.
LIMITATIONS
Solid oak furniture must maintain some
minimum standards to ensure trouble free, long lasting
use. The
room temperature must be at least a consistent 72
degrees and the relative humidity; no more than 35%.
The manufacturer strongly recommends that
furniture be assembled as soon after receipt as possible
and not be stored in the cartons for long periods of
time. If
the preceding conditions are not met, the manufacturer
cannot be responsible for the resulting damage.
RETURN
POLICY
No merchandise may be returned to RDS without a
signed Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGA) issued by
our Customer Service Department.
Any authorized return not due to damage or defect
may be assessed a restocking fee and prepaid return
freight charges. Liability
for defective merchandise shall be limited to
replacement or repair. No credit allowances will be
worked out between the end user and RDS Customer Service
Department.
